- Proven experience or formal training in audio engineering, music production, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in music production software such as Ableton Live and Logic Pro
- Experience in live sound recording and DJing is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and sharing knowledge
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic workshop setting
- Enthusiasm for music and education, with a willingness to learn and implement our workshop programs

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and maintaining music production and recording equipment
- Support instructors in conducting workshops on Ableton Live, Logic Pro, and other music production tools
- Help participants in learning and applying music production techniques
- Provide technical assistance during live performances and recording sessions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a productive and engaging learning environment
- Facilitate a positive, creative, and educational experience for all workshop participants

Additional Details

As a Digital Music and Recording Workshop Assistant, you will support the delivery of our summer music workshops, focusing on digital music and recording techniques. You will assist in workshops that utilize top industry software such as Ableton Live and Logic Pro. Your role will involve both technical support and direct interaction with participants, enhancing their understanding of recording techniques, live music production, DJing, and looping.
