Requirements |
| - NCCP WAG Competition 2 certified - minimum - NCCP Foundations Trampoline - willing to obtain Trampoline Level 2 - Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders certificate - Current First Aid and CPR certified (or willing to obtain) - Valid Criminal Record Check, including vulnerable sector - CAC Safe Sport training - Fluent in English - Effective administrative and communication skills - Choreography an asset |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| Include but are not limited to: - Coach competitive athletes - Guide, supervise, educate, and mentor coaches within programs, workshops, and delivery of gymnastics - Be able to deliver high quality customer service - Travel and coach competitive athletes at competitions - Represent the organization as a positive, professional role model - Follow and enforce safety, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures at all times - Be a team player |
