Requirements |
| - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Knowledge of local attractions and events - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus - Must be reliable and punctual - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Greet visitors and answer any questions they may have about the area - Provide information on local attractions, restaurants, and events - Assist visitors with booking tours or accommodations - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the visitor centre - Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive visitor experience |
