Requirements |
| - Driver’s licence and vehicle required. - Previous experience with Autism, developmental disability and challenging behaviour - Calming personality; not overly-reactive in stressful situations - Must work well with an external support team while working individually with the client - First Aid - Criminal Record Check (youth and adult) - Medical and dental benefits available after 3 months if working 28 or more hours per week - Part-time to full-time available (12 hour and 24 hr shifts) - Residential and community setting for late teen male in the Autism spectrum |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Provide client with full support for personal care, home & community activities and support for personal & program goals - Ensure routines and programs are followed - Meal preparation and housework - Medications given on time |
