| - Driver’s licence and vehicle required. - Physically able - Ability to pass criminal record check - Comfort in multiple areas of maintenance - Able to organize and prioritize - Self starter/self motivated - Cost conscious - Land scaping knowledge would be a plus - Own tools would be a plus - Dock knowledge would be a plus |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| - General maintenance/caretaking of multiple properties - Organizing shop spaces - Ordering/returning parts - Selling items that are no longer needed - Keeping track of work needed to be done and work completed - Communicating with managers of various businesse |
