Requirements

- Driver’s licence required.
- Highschool diploma
- Previous cooking and kitchen experience
- Food Safe Level 1, WHMIS, First Aid Level 1
- Experience and comfort using computer and other electronic devices (particularly apple OS and IOS)

Duties and Responsibilities

- Preparing food according to the preset menu and catering to specific dietary requirements.
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen, food prep, food serving, dining, walk-in cooler, freezer and dry storage areas.
- Organize and stock in dry storage, walk-in cooler, and walk-in freezer.
- Properly secure walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage doors and areas.
- Collect and transport goods and supplies around various parts of the facility using golf cart (Training provided).
