Requirements |
- Ambitious, a true foodie at heart! - Experience and understanding of different cooking methods - Well educated in food trends and following current events in the hospitality industry - Exceptional culinary skills demonstrated by 3 - 5 years experience working in a commercial kitchen (or related experience); previous leadership experience a bonus - Ease in communication, the ability to delegate efficiently and revels in giving and receiving feedback - An innate drive to help others succeed and a generosity in sharing your skills and knowledge with your team - Curiosity and excitement at the prospect of job mobility and opportunity |
Duties and Responsibilities |
- Create seamless flow of food out of the kitchen through planning and directing food preparation - Maintain zero station downtime through attentive awareness of kitchen tools and equipment - Keep the dollars and cents in check by supporting weekly inventory, labor cost and food cost reporting |
