Requirements |
- Must have solid computer skills: - Excellent IT knowledge; will need to be trained on 3 different types of software and 3 different POS systems - Previous retail management experience a plus - Self-starter, results oriented, extremely tenacious and well organized; - Effective time management, organization and leadership skills; must train team members on processes and protocols; - Strong and confident communicator; exceptional customer service training - Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications - Ability to life up to 60 lbs regularily |
Duties and Responsibilities |
- Manage a small team, with focus on exceptional customer service delivery - Lead on ordering inventory and preforming of monthly inventory - Prepare monthly staffing schedule - There is a significant amount of paperwork for this role |
