Requirements |
| - Bar or Restaurant management experience - Excellent administrative, problem-solving, and customer service skills - Attention to detail - Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts - Flexibility and adaptability - Strong communication skills - Ensure quality control and follow serving it right protocols (All liquor law’s rules and acts) - Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage - Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment |
Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Manage operations with integrity and deliver high-quality customer service experience - Manage all systems relating to the operations of the establishment including scheduling and payroll - Familiar with POS systems Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives - Make certain all deliveries are checked in correctly and documentation is correct - Oversee the bar display to maximize functionality and attractiveness - Improve the skills, knowledge and morale of front of house staff - Ensure all employees are trained, motivated and empowered - Hands-on management style and follow-up while being functional in all areas of the business - Develop and execute new ideas and initiatives to build revenue - Focus on the various aspects of the products in the form of food and beverage programs, music, sports and overall integrity - Maintain regular communication with staff and management through meetings and discussions |

| We are searching for a committed, proactive Bar Manager who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The Bar Manager will promote and grow the business, hire and train staff, and ensure that guests are receiving excellent drinks, food, and service. You will also manage inventory and resources, ensure that quality and safety controls are followed, maintain current licenses and update vendor contracts, create schedules, and set business objectives to increase profits and maximize customer satisfaction. |
