Duties and Responsibilities |
| - Take Customers' orders and receive payment for food items purchased, package take-out food, serve customers at the counter - Use deep fryer, grill, toaster, dispensers, and other equipment to prepare fast food items such as hamburgers, fries, cold and hot drinks - Portion, assemble, and wrap food or place it directly on plates to serve to customers - Stock refrigerators and keep records of food used - Wash tables, cupboards, and equipment - Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers - Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist kitchen staff Clear and clean tables and trays in the dining room |
